Milori, Lord of Winter, takes his job seriously. Though there was a time he would stop by just to say "Hello. How do you do?" He is caring, gentle and very stern. He does his best to keep all fairies safe, even though he may seem like he is being mean or harsh. Milori has a Snowy Owl that is his noble stead and watch guard. He is shown to use his powers, well a small portion of them, but they are like the Winter Fairies'. They can encase things in ice to keep them safe, like locking in the warm to keep the freezing ice out. But he is probably the strongest in the Winter Woods.
